No new house for us! We have decided against buying the modular for a variety of reasons. We are actually relieved and believe we have made a good decision. We are going to pay off some more bills and save up some more money and look for land with a house on it or build a stick built on the land we already own. I think I'm most excited about saving more money and paying off some more bills, not that there is much left but cars, land and school loans.
